Bella Smith（朱新妍）—— Founder
Inspired by her roots in TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine) , Bella founded SootheHerbs after an awakening moment while gathering herbs with her herbalist uncle in 2022.
A Management graduate from Zhejiang University, she blends business insight with a passion for botanical wellness.
Working alongside artisan soap maker Ms. Zheng, Bella bridges ancient herbal wisdom with modern self-care, crafting gentle, plant-based shampoo and body bars that embody the calming power of nature.
Ms. Zheng（郑女士）——Our Artisan
Coming from a family of TCM, Ms. Zheng has dedicated over a decade to botanical skin and hair care.
She believes that “ingredients are the soul of efficacy” and handpicks her herbs from nature, merging ancient herbal knowledge with modern cold-process craftsmanship.
Her pure, gentle, and effective creations embody the essence of Eastern skincare wisdom and have earned the trust of countless customers.
Shawn Brown（丁尚坤）——Creative Partner
Shawn shares Bella’s love for natural living and the warmth of “home.”They met as graduate students at Zhejiang University, later reuniting to build SootheHerbs together.
Shawn brings creative energy to the team, contributing to visual design, website development, and product presentation — always supporting the brand’s authentic, nature-inspired vision.
Tu Tuan（团团） & Nomi（糯米） — Furry Quality Inspectors
Our two cats, Tu Tuan and Nomi, bring endless joy to the studio. Their purrs keep us energized, and their soft presence reminds us to slow down and enjoy the moment. Every batch of our products passes their keen and adorable “sniff test,” ensuring it carries the gentle scent of nature.
