The cold-process craftsmanship of handmade soap greatly preserves Centella’s active constituents, allowing it to better play its role.

The classic Marseille soap formula meets the ancient art of bamboo-tube saponification — a perfect harmony between tradition and nature.

Starting with fresh Centella asiatica and molding in freshly cut bamboo, we draw on Eastern botanical wisdom so bamboo-derived nuances can permeate the bar throughout saponification. This small-batch soap is handcrafted from spring through winter, allowing the formula to slowly, fully cure.

Marseille-style at its core, each batch contains at least 72% plant oils—Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, and Elaeis Guineensis (Palm) Oil—worked by time-honored methods and cured for no less than 40 days.

The minimalist, fragrance-free approach is designed for a gentle, skin-friendly cleanse. Even those who prefer a mild routine tend to appreciate its soft, naturally polishing lather and the smooth feel it leaves behind.

The bamboo cylinder creates an ideal micro-environment for cold-process saponification.

Insulating and humidity-steady: thanks to its natural wall thickness, bamboo helps maintain a stable, long-lasting warmth during the critical saponification phase—especially for cold-processed bars—encouraging a thorough, even transformation.

Breathable by design: unlike fully sealed plastic or silicone molds, bamboo’s micro-porous structure allows subtle moisture exchange. This supports gradual, uniform water loss during curing, which may yield a finer, denser texture and help minimize surface “sweating.”

Nature’s signature finish: the inner wall of the bamboo naturally becomes the mold, giving the bar its distinctive cylindrical silhouette and organic bamboo-node pattern—textures no synthetic mold can replicate. Quality bamboo also imparts a gentle, natural bamboo aroma. Interlacing with the herbaceous character of Centella and optional bamboo charcoal, it evokes the crisp, restorative air of a rain-washed bamboo grove—an uplifting, clear-headed bathing experience that reflects our brand’s serene, plant-forward ethos.

Wet hands and bar. Lather between palms and apply to face or body.

Massage gently, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

For longer-lasting use, let the bar dry fully on a draining soap dish between uses.
